voucher, so please bare us! Once we clean your home, you will be glad & see why it was
worth the wait!

as our phones can often experience extreme heavy call volumes.

GOING TO BE HOME AT TIME OF SERVICE?
You MUST complete the following steps:
1. Download our Service Order below (The scheduling
Dept. will give you the User name & Pass code) 2. Complete the box requesting your name, phone,
email, etc. 3. Initial box area's on page #2, then sign and date
the lower left corner box on page 1. 4. Prepare a list of things you would like to have
done. Prioritize your list using numbers (starting
with #1 being highest of priority). NOTE: You have purchased
"time" from NLS, our Technicians will clean as efficiently
and quickly as possible. You did not buy a voucher to
complete your list, so please keep in mind that your list is
simply a guide to give our Techs direction as to what area
to start, and what area to move onto after each is complete.
Once the time limit is reached, our Technicians will let you
know if they were unable to get to any of the items on your
list. 5. Print your voucher (if you have more than one
session, print one voucher for each session), leave your
voucher and service order on your kitchen counter or kitchen
table.
*Note: an incomplete, or missing Service Order means that
the job can not be started/completed. A missing voucher
means your home can not be cleaned. You will need to
reschedule if Technicians come to your home and the above
steps are now followed. A fee up to $25 will also be
accessed.
Q: Are tips included? If not,
how much should I tip?
A: Gratuity (tips) are not included. If you are
happy with our work, we ask that you tip the Cleaning
Technicians at your discretion. Most customers using this
groupon typically tip between $10 and $20.
Q: How do I
redeem my voucher?
A: The best way to redeem your voucher is to use the
request form above. Please note that we receive a high
volume of request each day, and our standard response time
is up to 72 hours. Please allow up to 7 business days before
re-submitting your request as this only creates are larger
volume for our schedulers to sort through and follow up on.
If you have submitted your request once, someone will follow
up with you. Also keep in mind that we book 2-4 weeks out.
Same day & same week appointments are not available (but you
may be placed on our "on-call" waiting list as some
customers may reschedule their appointment, or our Techs may
get ahead of schedule).
Q: How much time in advance do I need to schedule my
appointment?
A: As we try to meet all request, we do ask that you
call at lease 2-3 weeks in advance of the date you are
looking to redeem your voucher.
Q: How many cleaning people
will come to clean?
A: Your voucher is good for one (1) cleaning Technician.
You will have one Technician for two hours per session. If
you are placed on a route with two Technicians, the time is
simply cut in half... so, instead of one person for two
hours, you may get two people for one hour. It balances out
to the same amount of work getting done within the allotted
time.
Q: What services is my
voucher good for?
A: Your voucher is good for our Maid Services. This
includes general and deep cleaning of all interior areas of
your home/office. This does NOT include carpet cleaning,
tile/grout cleaning, exterior
window cleaning, and other specialty services. It does
include cleaning of areas such as your kitchen, bathrooms,
dusting, floors (vacuum & mop), baseboard cleaning, linen
exchange, laundry, organizing/cleaning garage & closets,
etc. All general cleaning duties you would expect from a
Maid.
Q: Do I need to supply
anything?
A: We do ask that you provide one (1) roll of
standard paper towels. We supply all chemicals & equipment
to get the job done. We can also use your chemicals or
equipment if you prefer.
Q: Do I have to be home, or
can you let yourself in/out?
A: As we prefer for you to be home, we do understand
people are busy and sometimes can not leave work, or make it
home in time to let the Technicians in. In this case, we do
ask for you to leave your voucher on the Kitchen counter,
alone with a cleaning check list (of about 3-5 things you
wish to have done. Note this list is just a reference for
us, we do our best to accomplish as much as possible on it.
We do not guarantee everything on your list will get done).
You will also have to print out our Service Order and leave
it with your voucher.
Q: If I forget about my
voucher, and it expires, what's happens?
A: Good news! Even after your voucher expires, you
may use the value of it towards our services. (so pretty
much it becomes a credit dollar for dollar)
